At Maikeduo, most restroom trailers are custom-built or configured according to each customer’s requirements. Because of the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited once production has started.
Order Confirmation
Before production begins, we will confirm the product model, size, layout, configuration, color, equipment, water system, electrical system, and other important details with the customer.
Please review all order details carefully before confirming your order.
Custom Orders
Custom restroom trailers, modified trailers, and products built according to customer specifications are generally non-refundable once production has started.
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible after materials have been prepared or production has begun.
Deposit Policy
If a deposit is required, the deposit may be non-refundable once design work, material purchasing, production preparation, or manufacturing has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order number
Clear photos or videos of the issue
A description of the problem
Delivery documents if available
After reviewing the case, we may offer repair guidance, replacement parts, compensation, or other reasonable support depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
For approved returns or exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Custom-built restroom trailers
Products modified according to customer requirements
Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Products with confirmed specifications that match the agreed order
